There are many facets to education, from history to science, from the arts to engineering and yes even culinary to mixology. Our students thrive in an atmosphere that encourages them to explore the many opportunities that their new venue has to offer. It is not unlikely that many of our students quickly climb to management or become owners themselves in the hospitality industry.
The reality is that here at the Academy we work with some of the most committed, dedicated students there are. They are a hardworking and dedicated group. They are genuinely motivated and committed to succeed!
